June 3, 2007 - Accomplice "She's on Fire" CD-review
Posted in CD Reviews

Accomplice is a progressive rockband from the States. This band features vocalist Johnny Gioeli from Axel Rudi Pell & Hardline, Guitarist Sean Michael Clegg, on bass Scott Snyder, Richard Arbuckle on drums and Michael T. Ross from Hardline on keyboards.

With this line-up Accomplice released their second release. This album has been released worldwide.

The album starts strong with "Take Love" and "Party's Over". The third song of the album is a bluesy kind of song named "Cry Again" one of my favourites, after this the next ballad "Everywhere" starts. And for the speed rockers under us there is the song "Autobahn", which means highway.

Hardline and Axel Rudi Pell fans should really listen to this album, I’m sure they like this work.

June 3, 2007 - Non-Divine "Asylum 45" CD-Review
Posted in CD Reviews

After winning the Aardschok Metal Bash in 2005 and playing on lots of festivals and supporting bands like “Murderdolls”, “ After Forever ”, “Dio” and after seeing Non-Divine live several times I was expecting a lot of the debut album “Asylum 45”. For those who don’t know Non-Divine , you cannot compare Non-Divine with an other metalband, but try to make a mix of Metallica, Nickelback, Queensryche and Dream Theater, I think that you come close the Non-Divine sound.

This long expected detum album is released during a great release party in the Non-Divine hometown Arnhem . During this show the band also released their first video clip for the song ”One Man One Soul”, check out this video on Non-Divine.com

This strong debut album is also an concept album. Every song contains the story of a patient in a mental hospital. The music of every song is written in the sphere of the song and the catchy voice of vocalist Ivor van Beek makes sure that the song, the entire album graps you and doesn’t let you go, you will be surrounded in a special kind of madness. … the Non-Divine madness.
